We deliver worldwide.
If for som
e reason you did not find your country in the delivery list when placing an order, write to us at and we will fix it.

Due to logistical difficulties, delivery to Ukraine is temporarily not carried out. We will definitely notify you when delivery to this country will be possible again.


What service do you use for the delivery?

The type of courier service depends on the country where the delivery is made. We currently offer standard shipping to all destinations.


How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost depends on the country you specified for delivery when ordering.

  • European countries € 15.9 (Except: Azores, Busingen, Ceuta, Helgoland, Iceland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Melilla, Athos, Norway, Switzerland, in which case the delivery cost is € 29.9)

  • Azerbaijan € 19.9

  • Armenia € 19.9

  • Belarus € 19.9

  • UK €15.9

  • Georgia € 29.9

  • Israel €29.9

  • Kazakhstan € 19.9

  • UAE (United Arab Emirates) € 29.9

You can find out the exact cost of delivery to your country when placing an order - when you fill in the information about the country for delivery, the cost will be displayed and added to your order automatically.


When will I receive my order?

We pass the orders to the courier within 4 working days from the moment your order is payed. There are no shipments during weekends.
After your order is transferred to the courier, the approximate delivery time for Italy and Europe is about 3 working days, for countries outside Europe about 10 working days (excluding time for customs clearance). Any delays in delivery due to customs clearance are beyond our or courier service control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the code to track your order.


What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

If much more days have passed since the dispatch of your order than the average delivery times indicated above, write to us at indicating your order number and the full name of the recipient, we will try to give you complete information about the delivery status of your order.
