How can I find out if a product is available?

All products presented on our website are available for order (except cases when it’s written SOLD OUT).

If the product page says PRE-ORDER, it means that the product is available only by pre-order and more time will pass from the moment the order is paid until the product is shipped to the customer than with a regular order. Approximate delivery times for the order of products marked PRE-ORDER will be indicated on the product page.


How can I order an item if I don't see my size or it's out of stock?

If you liked some product, but your size is not available on our website or the product itself is no longer presented, you can write to about the pre-order. If it’s possible to produce it for you with pre-order, you will be answered and given all the instructions for the acquisition.

How to choose the right size for me?

On the page of each product you will find its detailed description, as well as measurements in centimeters for each size of the presented model.


How to make an order?

To place an order, you need to go to the product page, select the desired color, size and quantity of the product and click the "Add to Cart" button. This must be done with every item you wish to purchase. After that, go to the Cart (the icon in the upper right corner of the website) and go through the ordering procedure, filling in all the necessary information, go through all the stages that the website requires, and make a payment. After paying for the order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address that you used during the order.

Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed and paid for?

What courier do you use and and how long does delivery take?

Delivery is carried out by courier service or standard postal delivery, depending on your region and the specifics of the order. The orders are passed to the post office or the courier within four working days after your order is payed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your order. Delivery times depend on your region and the work of courier services or post, sometimes customs clearance also affects delivery times.

Are there customs fees when ordering?

When ordering to any country outside the European Union, customs fees are possible (this depends on the laws of your country and the limits on the amount of imported goods). Our company is not responsible for any customs fees and customs clearance upon delivery of orders, all the fees are paid by the customer.
